Partners in Action - Bangladesh Center for Communication programs - 2004
The Bangladesh Center for Communication Programs (BCCP) has operated for the past 8 years as an independent nongovernmental organization, but its roots go back even further. In 1988 several members of BBCP's current senior staff began working for the newly opened field office of John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health / Center for Communication Programs (CCP).

Financial Services Sector Review - January 2000
The financial services sector in Bangladesh has been in distress for a number of years now, remaining underdeveloped and only contributing about 2% to GDP in 1997/98, with growth consistently lagging behind GDP growth throughout the 1990s.
